The Casa Dubai Property Management Service

Casa Dubai will:

	hold the keys to the property
	prepare a property inventory
	care-take unoccupied properties
	manage open areas, pools and gardens
	manage all maintenance matters
	record and report on all maintenance issues
	arrange all maintenance work
	monitor all maintenance work
	check and arrange for payment of all invoices
	prepare schedule of payments for any maintenance works or service charges
	prepare monthly accounts and forward monthly statements
	visit all properties at least every 3 months to ensure that tenants keep the property in good repair
	check property inventory after tenants have checked out
	justify fair wear and tear and any client abuse
	agree the return of the property deposit to the tenant

Casa Dubai charge 10% of the annual letting fee for this service
