	market your property TO LET in both the UK and Dubai.
	advertise in press, on the internet and by regular mail shots to its client database.
	draw up your tenancy agreement.
	show your property to potential tenants and vet their suitability.
	collect and administer lettings deposits.
	prepare and forward payments and statements of accounts.

Casa Dubai charge the tenant 5% of the annual letting fee for this service and not the owner.
