UK and it is possible, although not advisable, to purchase a property
without retaining their services.

forms to complete and contracts to collect and return. As Casa Dubai
has offices actually based in Dubai, we can assist our clients in
minimising the time spent waiting for documents to be sent back
and forth from the UK.
Invariably Powers of Attorney have to be arranged
and Casa Dubai has an agreement with a UK notary to arrange for
documents to be legalised by the UK Foreign Office and the UAE Consulate.

Selling your property
Casa Dubai charges a 2% fee for the sale of each property
on a Sole Agency basis.

to a large database of interested property buyers, and regular inserts
into the UK National press and Dubai’s most high profile press
