Invariably Powers of Attorney have to be arranged and Casa Dubai has an agreement with a UK notary to arrange for documents to be legalised by the UK Foreign Office and the UAE Consulate.

Selling your property

Casa Dubai charges a 2% fee for the sale of each property on a Sole Agency basis.
