Casa Dubai will advertise its services on the internet, in the UK national press and in Dubai ensuring maximum exposure is achieved.

Casa Dubai charge 2% of the selling price. This is paid direct to Casa Dubai separately from the purchase transaction on the day of completion. This fee is traditionally paid by the purchaser in Dubai, however, Casa Dubai will require the seller to make a commitment to pay this amount.

Terms
I/We declare that I/we have read and agree to the terms of Casa Estates (UK) Ltd (below).
Casa Dubai Terms

Casa Estates (UK) Ltd T/A Casa Dubai will advertise and market the property for sale on behalf of the owner/owners until the property is sold or until the owner(s) advises in writing giving 14 days notice of the termination of this agreement.

Casa Dubai will ensure that all the relevant paperwork required for the transfer of the ownership from the seller(s) to the buyer(s) is in place at the time of the transfer.

Casa Dubai will charge the seller(s) a fee of 2% of the property price for the above services.

The 2% fee is payable by cheque or credit card in sterling in the UK on the day of completion.

The seller(s) warrants to pay Casa Dubai its 2% fee if at any time after introduction of a possible buyer the sale of the property is made the such buyer regardless of whether this agreement has been terminated.

The seller(s) warrants that the details provided about the property are true and accurate description of the property for sale.

The seller(s) warrants to pay all fees due on the transfer of the property.
Termination
Either party may on condition of providing 14 days notice in writing terminate this agreement.
I/We agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
